By downloading, installing, or using Cast Play TV ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and lawful purposes.

App Features

The App provides:

• TV casting

• Screen mirroring

• Smart TV remote control

• IPTV playlist playback

• Media streaming

• Device discovery and connection

Certain features may require compatible hardware, network conditions, or premium subscriptions.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes

• Comply with applicable copyright laws

• Use only content that you own or are authorized to access

• Maintain responsibility for media streamed through the App

IPTV Content

The App does not provide IPTV channels, media content, or streaming services.

Users are solely responsible for playlists, streams, and content they add to the App.

We do not endorse, host, or control third-party IPTV content.

Third-Party Services

The App may interact with third-party platforms such as YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Twitch, Chromecast, Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, Samsung TV, LG TV, Android TV, and Google TV.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of third-party services.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features may require a subscription or one-time purchase.

Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Users can manage subscriptions through Apple ID account settings.

Intellectual Property

The App, including software, design, branding, logos, graphics, and content created by us, remains our exclusive property and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability

• Error-free operation

• Compatibility with all devices

• Uninterrupted streaming performance

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
